Sunday Workshop Program with Claire Havey

This workshop runs on the first Sunday of every month. Time: 9 - 11.30am - Cost: $25. Please book by return email or text Claire on 0439 877 275. The workshop is for Level 1 and 2 students. This month we shall be starting with Pranayama, then having a tea break before coming back to asana practice focusing on breath.
Private Classes

Small Group Classes
