Levels
This page will help you to choose the most appropriate class from the Yogatrack timetable.
Beginners level classes
Beginners courses are suitable for new students with no previous yoga experience. They provide a clear foundation in the core yoga poses and philosophy.
Beginners courses start at the beginning of each month, on a monthly enrolment basis. We recommend two classes per week if possible. Bookings are essential for beginners courses.
Level 1 classes
Suitable for students who have completed at least 6 months of beginners courses, and students new to Iyengar Yoga who have experience in other yoga disciplines.
Level 2 classes
Suitable for students who have completed 12 months or more in Level 1, or students new to the school who have studied Iyengar Yoga elsewhere. These classes include inversions, stronger asana practice and pranayama.
